Mr. Fogarty is the lead Portfolio Manager for the U.S. Large Cap and U.S. Mid-Cap strategies.
Previously, Mr. Fogarty spent 19 years at DuPont Capital Management (DCM). He was the lead Portfolio Manager for the Value Creators portfolios since 2017 and the Global Industrials Senior Analyst since 2004. Prior to DCM, he was a Senior Equity Research Analyst and Sector Head of Global Telecom Research at Citigroup Asset Management. He joined the financial services industry in 1995.
Mr. Fogarty earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University and an M.B.A. in Finance with Honors from Columbia Business School where he studied key value investing principals in the Graham and Dodd tradition. He is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts, and is a CFA Charterholder.
Mr. Dinsel is responsible for strategic and daily operational decisions, including Business Development, Compliance, and organizational structure. As the head of Portfolio Risk & Analytics, he is responsible for creating and managing risk and performance measurement tools as well as fundamental and quantitative analytics. As a Senior Analyst he actively supports research efforts for both Value Creators Strategies.
Previously, Mr. Dinsel spent 27 years at DuPont Capital Management (DCM), most recently as the head of the equity portfolio risk & analytics team. Prior to joining DCM in 1997, Mr. Dinsel was a Systems Analyst and Portfolio Accountant for the Wilmington Trust Company. He joined the financial services industry in 1994.
Mr. Dinsel earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Delaware, an M.S. in Information Science from Pennsylvania State University, and an M.B.A. from The Ohio State University. He holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation and is also a member of the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP).
Mr. Nichols is a Portfolio Manager and Senior Analyst supporting both the U.S. Large Cap and U.S. Mid Cap portfolios. He also integrally supports the performance and analytics efforts of VCC.
Previously, Mr. Nichols spent over 5 years at DuPont Capital Management (DCM) supporting the Global & U.S. Fundamental Equity Teams. Prior to joining DuPont Capital in 2018, Mr. Nichols was an Infantry Officer in the United States Army. While serving in the Army, Mr. Nichols was stationed at Fort Campbell, KY, with the 101st Airborne and at Fort Benning, GA, as an Officer Candidate School Instructor. Additionally, he interned at Clearbridge Investments in 2017 and was named to the Dean’s List in the Applied Value Investing Program at Columbia Business School.
Mr. Nichols holds a B.S. in Finance from Pennsylvania State University, an M.B.A from Columbia Business School, and is a CFA Charterholder.
Mr. Robinson is a Portfolio Manager and Senior Analyst supporting both the U.S. Large Cap and U.S. Mid Cap portfolios. He also integrally supports the business development efforts of VCC.
Previously, Mr. Robinson spent over 4 years at DuPont Capital Management (DCM) supporting the Global & U.S. Fundamental Equity Teams. Prior to joining DuPont Capital in 2019, Mr. Robinson was an F/A-18 combat & test pilot for the United States Navy. While serving in the Navy, Mr. Robinson was stationed with Strike Fighter Squadron 113 (VFA-113), Test & Evaluation Squadron 23 (VX-23), and Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR). Additionally, he interned at Causeway Capital Management in 2018 and Sustainable Growth Advisers in 2019.
Mr. Robinson holds a B.S. in Aeronautical Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy, an M.S. in Aeronautical Engineering from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology, an M.B.A from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and is a CFA Charterholder.
Philanthropy & Community
Giving back to causes greater than ourselves is important to each member of Value Creators Capital. We are active in our communities, and our efforts support local, national and global initiatives. As an example, we have worked with the local chapter of Habitat for Humanity for over twenty years by volunteering our carpentry skills to build homes, and through financial donations. Habitat for Humanity of New Castle County.
